Payment Method
Payment methods we take:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Check
- Money Order
- Bank Transfer
We only accept online payment via Paypal or WorldPay, Bank Transfer, Check in US$ and Money order.
For any purchase amount over $500 CAD, only applies to Paypal, Bank Transfer and Money Order; If the purchase amount exceeds $1,000 CAD, we do not accept payment through PayPal, just applies to Bank transfer, Money Order
Credit Card payment system supports MasterCard, Visa.
PayPal payment system supports MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and eCheck.
Check and Money Order.
Check or Money Order must be in US$. Canadian Check or Money Order so received will be returned for a new one in US$.
Our web system will show you the detail payment information during the checkout
process. Please be sure to put the b2c-battery and your family name at the back
of your cheque or Money Order when you send us, as we will require this to help
track the incoming payment.
Any purchase over US$400, we recommend you pay by BANK TRANSFER or MONEY ORDER,
do not send cash to us. Thanks for your cooperate.

About Sales Tax
According to the Californian law, the sales tax needs to be levied on intra-state transactions. And the current tax rate is 9.75% for the Alameda county that our warehouse is located in, so the tax will be collected on customers with a California shipping address.
The total price of any order will only include the applicable sales taxes. All other taxes, for example GST and HST etc., that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.
Security Guarantee
Shopping with us is safe and secure. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. You can be assured that the information you give us is confidential. We do not sell, rent or share information of our customers with other parties.
Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
